got questions about our song lyric candles or anything else? we've got answers! we're a new shop, so we'll be constantly updating this guide as new questions come in.

1. how soon will I get my candle? 

as a small shop, all of our song lyric candles, TikTok trend-inspired candles, meditation candles, and more are made to order. currently, it will take a week or so for you to get your candle, but it can be a bit shorter or longer depending on the season.  

2. do you offer expedited shipping?

we currently do not have the option to expedite shipping for the simple reason that we do not have the capacity at this time. as we grow, we hope to add more shipping options to help make sure you get your new song lyric candle as quickly as you want it!

3. what shippers do you use?

we primarily use USPS and DHL, but we do occasionally change things up. All of our candles ship for a flat fee of $5. 

4. where do you ship?

as of now, we ship our song lyric and other candles only to the US and Canada. 

5. do you have any deals or discounts?

we always have new deals going on for our song lyric candles. Why? because we LOVE them and we want everyone to make their lives better with our natural soy candles. Check our main page for the lastest promotions!

6. what's your return policy?  

Because all of our products are custom made to order, we don't accept returns. However, if your candle arrives broken or damaged, just send us a photo and we'll be happy to give you a refund. 

7. how often do you add new candles?

because we're constantly finding new inspiration for our hand-poured candles, we're also constantly updating our offerings. follow our socials for announcements about new releases and other cool info. 

8. do you take requests? 

yes! have a special song lyric candle you want us to make? Just use this easy form or shoot us an email at anthemcandleco@gmail.com. If we like your suggestion enough, we just might add it to our inventory—with credits to you, natch.
