They’re so kind!

Read the whole thing!My order took over two weeks to arrive, BUT it was just bad luck that my order had gotten lost while they wee changing some things. I was not in a hurry to get the candle, but I reached out them, and with no hesitation they gave me a refund and shipped the candle while being very apologetic and real. Customer service is just top tier and the candles are great. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt called to write this one to highlight the customer service, and how kind, patient, and humble the owner was when we emailed. I was just very very impressed and I am so excited for the great candle, and also excited to see how this company keeps growing.
